This is a Chinese meal, because the amount of the dish is enough and everyone favors, but I think that his dish variety is a bit less, especially the cold dishes in the leeks are less. Cold dishes have no characteristics, and the taste is very general. Mao Xuewang and big leeks, sauerkraut fish, are more authentic made by his family. The pig elbow is a signature dish, cold and hot.
